Multi-Unit Residential Building Renovation

The Problem

Fitzrovia recently purchased two residential towers and was planning on doing major renovations. They did not have CAD drawings to start their planning, so they hired us to complete them. The client wanted all the typical layouts (40 units), main floor units, all the common spaces, and underground parking/storage measured.

The Solution

By carefully coordinating with the property managers and providing notice to tenants, we were able to quickly and effortlessly scan all the units. With our mobile technology, we measured each unit in under 15 minutes, allowing us to measure both buildings in three days.

The Outcome

The client was provided with three full sets of floor plans: typical, main floor, and underground. They had enough drawings to begin the planning stage of their major renovations.
