Step 1: QuoteFamiliarization with a given project involves inquiring about building density, design, and accessibility to estimate the time required for completion and the cost of the necessary measuring services.

Step 2: Site VisitOur team will complete our building measuring services during our site visit. Our accurate as-built measurements are primarily taken from the inside and complemented with outside measurements. Full access must be given to ensure the completion of our highly accurate floor plans.

Step 3: DraftingOur drafting services are completed after the project site visit. Any labels, detailing, and other special requests are added as needed. Any industry standards will be applied if necessary. Lastly, AutoCad and BIM files are finalized.

Step 4: DeliveryAll technical and electronic documents defined in the project's scope of work are reviewed. The finalization of all requested documents is completed and provided to the client in their desired format.
